How it works
One person in the house.
FusionFlow is not a franchise crew. Joshua measures, presents two options, installs, and warrants the labor. Walls typically go up in two to three hours.
Measure
In-home: opening width and depth, drain side, ceiling height, window in the wet space, door vs curtain, color.
Two options
Preferred and Premium on most homes. A number that day. Deposit holds the date and the material order.
Install
One technician. Balance due before we leave. Wait 24 hours for the silicone to set before using the shower.
Warranty, in one line
Walls are lifetime from the manufacturer. Base and door are 10 years. FusionFlow labor is one year.
Not “lifetime everything.” Silicone seams are maintenance. Factory coverage is repair, replace, or refund of material — not labor. Wall warranty requires Bella Stone adhesives and silicone. Chips, abuse, and wrong cleaners are not covered.
